Prices and availability are subject to freight and GST/ E & OE. As
pricing can change without notice Eagle Communications reserves the
right to inform the client accordingly and pass on these changes.

The pricing is subject to the availability of the quoted equipment.

We confirm that Eagle Communications is able to make available
rental and “lease to own” options in settlement of this proposal.
Should this option not be taken up, settlement is due on the 20th
of the month following the ordering of said equipment.

Rental periods can be for 12, 24, 36 or 60 Months and the agreed
rental period will be listed in this proposal.

Any goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of Eagle
Communications as legal and equitable owner until payment has been
made in full by the intending purchaser of the goods and services.

Should products and equipment remain unpaid as per the retention of
title clause and payment terms clause, Eagle Communications reserves
the right to immediately and without notice, repossess the equipment
it owns. You agree to co-operate fully in allowing such a
repossession to occur whether undertaken by Eagle Communications or
its agents.

warranty brochure that is provided with the equipment.

Third Party Liability. Eagle Communications will not be liable for
any losses, damage, loss of
business or any other detrimental act that may be caused by a third
party. This clause applies whether Eagle Communications engaged the
third party or not.

Although Eagle Communications personnel shall take all reasonable
care Eagle Communications shall not be held accountable or liable
for any mistakes in any information, which it supplies to the
Client.

Eagle Communications shall
not be held accountable or liable for any loss of profits or other
consequential loss of whatsoever kind arising from the
implementation or support of the Computer System(s).
This includes loss of information and it is the Client’s
responsibility to ensure that backups are done.

In preparing this proposal, Eagle Communications have been reliant
on information made available by the Client. Eagle
Communications reserves the right to charge for any additional
labour or component costs resulting from incorrect information
provided.

The Client must have the appropriate number of licenses for the
applications that they are retaining and that they will be using.

All services will incur a $75.00 call out fee.
